It's easy to download, simply click on the icon to the right and when it's downloaded click 'run'. This will run the brochure off line so that you can stroll through dozens of actual bedrooms and read descriptions about them at your leisure.

When you click on the download icon, you should get a window appear like the picture below. Simply click on 'Run' to view the studio.
